Work With The Ritual Guide

The Ritual Guide is a digital publication covering sleep, beauty, performance, and recovery — the routines and products that help high-performing women feel better, stay focused, and build sustainable habits.

Who We Are

The Ritual Guide was built from burnout — a response to years of high performance without sustainable systems. Founded by Michelle Songy, an entrepreneur and mom who spent years building companies and learning firsthand what burnout actually costs, it exists to offer clear, well-researched guidance on the habits that actually hold up over time. Without the noise or overstatement that defines most wellness content.

The publication is run by a small editorial team producing weekly newsletter issues and deep-dive guides across all content categories on ritualguide.co.

How We Work With Brands

We feature a limited number of products per issue. Every inclusion is curated and written editorially — we do not operate as a volume affiliate platform. We feature products that genuinely belong in a routine, and we are transparent with our audience when content is sponsored.
